When accuracy is already at least 90%, add 10 Hit to eliminate the small remaining chance of missing.
UsefulLv. 20 can fully build its high Hit bonus for more reliable finishing blows.
Suited forAfter level 20, Peter can use it to secure already-high-hit attacks; most useful when one strike must not miss.
NoteDoes not work if initial hit is below 90%; it cannot fix low-hit attacks.
