The hit bonus on effective or super-effective attacks rises from the base 10 to 20.
UsefulLv. 35 gives a larger Hit bonus, but requires a suitable effectiveness target.
Suited forNuzzuo’s upgrade at level 35; wielding 
Horsekiller Bow Improves the relevant Hit when fighting cavalry or switching to a melee weapon with super-effectiveness.
Pairs well withPair with Har Hali Wisdom for Attack +3 and Hit +20 when the super-effectiveness condition is met.
NoteDoes not change effectiveness targets; an ordinary weapon against an ordinary target gains no extra 20 Hit.
