Usage
In the first combat of enemy phase, Seteth has a 50% chance to strike first.
AverageCan let you attack first, but only checks the first combat and is not guaranteed to activate.
Suited forUseful when Seteth takes an attack from an enemy he can counter; striking first may reduce incoming damage.
NoteCannot counter an out-of-range enemy even in the first combat; later combats do not benefit.
