Each week, accept quests, share meals and gifts with recruitment targets, then train, watch matches, and visit temples. Use automatic inn activities while waiting, but stop at midnight on the next Sunday rather than skipping several weeks at once.

Accept requests, then build recruitment bonds over meals

Resident requests reward gold and Renown. Finish what you can in town and include outside objectives in your exploration route. Then focus on the people you want to recruit:

Have recruitment targets eat with the protagonist

Shared meals raise support quickly, but your target must eat with the protagonist. Eating only with other allies raises support between those characters and does not advance their support with the protagonist.

Prepare gifts based on the preferences in the roster. Buy them or gather them while exploring. There are three menus each week, and you can eat each once. A character who has eaten one menu can still join a meal from another menu.

The Imperial Capital quest “Energy Nuts” requests Enrietto ×1 and lists rewards of 2,000 gold and 50 Renown.

The inn's shared-meal screen shows three menus and explains that you choose 3 people to eat together, increasing Bond points between the participants.

Use automatic activities to reach daytime training hours

Arena training and spectating have opening hours, with spectating on a particularly fixed schedule. If it is too early in the morning to train, you do not need to end free time. Visit the inn and schedule a few turns of automatic activities to advance to daytime.

This gives you automatic activity rewards while letting you return at the time you want. If you need to wait three turns, schedule three. You do not need to spend all the chapter's remaining actions at once.

Arena training is available from 6:00 to 23:59 and costs 1 Motivation and 300 gold.

Include route-specific work and temple activities

Handle activities unique to your protagonist, such as tavern quests on Leda's route or caring for mounts on Cai's. You can clean each divine statue once a week, and accumulating the relevant contribution unlocks more functions. Visit the gods when available, too, for Renown.

Interacting with Gugu raises Support with the Promised One and can bring help in dungeons. Claim Karma points from achievements promptly and use available weapon and item discounts early.

Gather along the way and return for Sunday's reset

Do not make a special circuit just to collect every fish and plant in town. Pick them up while handling requests and gifts, leaving your main exploration actions for the world map outside.

After returning to town and finishing this routine, use automatic activities if you still have many actions left, but I stop at midnight on the next Sunday. Repeat the refreshed meals, gifts, training, and worship before deciding whether to continue automatic activities or head out. Advancing straight to the main story skips several weeks' worth of development opportunities.
