Recover the missing carriage's cargo first, leave paths open for large units, and remember to return to town to check for paralogues.

Accept paralogues early and leave time to return

After spending a long time outside, it is easy to miss new paralogues in town. When returning to harvest crops, talk to people and accept available tasks as well. Continuing along the world map without checking can miss this content. After completing a paralogue and setting out again, reserve enough travel time for the next return. Do not spend every remaining turn exploring.

Paths for large units and HP costs for Blaze Arts

Keep paths open for large units

In another paralogue, a large unit had arrived but was blocked by narrow passages and allies, with an awkward trample area as well. Clear a path before deciding where it should attack. However powerful it is, it cannot reach the intended position once everyone crowds the way.

Blaze Burst feels great, but repeated use makes it easy to forget your remaining HP. After a round of attacks, check whether you can survive the next hit. Clearing many enemies with one move does not mean you can repeat it every turn.

The struggle over the missing carriage's cargo

“The Vanishing Carriage Mystery” involves more than defeating one enemy faction: there is a third force. Glowing objectives are cargo, and both sides move around them. Recover the goods before they are taken away. Instead of charging at the first enemy you see, check who is carrying cargo and who is fleeing. Follow the objective.

A Brigand can steal cargo from a bird, and your team can take it from the Brigand. Victory centers on recovering cargo. Which shipment is still missing matters more than how many birds remain nearby. Fight birds for extra EXP only when you can spare the actions.

Yellow third-party birds appear on the paralogue map, with glowing cargo beside the rocks on the right.

Budget barrier-breaking actions for every barrier

The target still has four barriers and is far away, so final damage alone cannot tell you whether you can defeat it this turn. If two units are needed to break one barrier, breaking all of them consumes many actions. Hide if you cannot win, or start breaking barriers a turn earlier before bringing in your damage dealers.

Prepare weapons and distribute levels

If your front line is already highly leveled while others lag behind, leave deployment slots for companions who need to catch up. Bring hammers, Horsekiller Bow, and other appropriate tools against armored and mounted enemies. Do not discover the wrong loadout after battle begins. If training is still available before leaving, use it to prepare what this trip needs.
