Start with Blessings that make mistakes less costly

If you are new to Fire Emblem, start with Aurora's Blessing and Jurah's Blessing, then add Fortuna's Blessing to recover from mistakes. Fill the remaining slots according to your team. Choose between Mars's Blessing and Smyrnos's Blessing depending on whether you need physical or magical damage.

This setup helps your team survive and gives you room to adjust after a mistake, making the early game much easier to manage.

Advance with Avoid, mobility, and first strikes

Kalla's Blessing adds Avoid, Speed, and mobility across its levels. At level 3, the whole army gains Movement +2, making it easier to reach targets and follow with offense.

Credna's Blessing adds vision at level 1, prevents weapon durability loss for one turn at level 2, and lets units attack first on enemy phase for one turn at level 3. Consider both Blessings alongside team needs when shifting from cautious engagements to active advances.

Add mobility before damage for faster clears

To complete objectives in fewer turns, start with Kalla's Blessing for mobility. If you can reach targets but fall just short on damage, add a suitable damage Blessing. Consider Mars's Blessing for physical teams and Smyrnos's Blessing for magical teams, among other options.
