Suited forJasmine learns it at Heavy Armor S; even without enough attack speed to follow up, a counterattack can still gain an extra round of attacks.
Pairs well withPair with the unit's own Expert Counter: when the enemy initiates combat, another 20 Hit improves counterattack accuracy.
NoteDoes not activate when initiating combat. 20% does not guarantee a follow-up or let you strike before the enemy.
