Original video: “Expansion content revealed! Gods join the battle, four characters get new stories, and Three Houses weapons appear!”; Bilibili creator YT Daer; Watch the original video.

The expansion content arrives in three waves: four weapons first, then outfits and three deities, followed by four characters’ stories, new classes, and new companions. The following uses the plan as announced.

Obtain the first wave’s weapons through side quests

This expansion comes in three waves. The first adds four weapons: a Sword, Lance, Axe, and bow, modeled after relics from Three Houses. The trailer gives them to the four protagonists, but they are not exclusive to those characters. Any teammate who meets the requirements can equip them.

Obtaining them involves side quests in the different chapters. Check the relevant quests on your current route when preparing to collect the weapons.

Upgrade values for the four weapons

New weaponStarting MightMight at upgrade level 3Main features
Sword820Weight 4, Critical 5
Spear1022Critical 10
Axe1430High Might
Bow822Range 3 at upgrade level 3

The new sword starts at 8 Might and reaches 20 when upgraded, with 5 Crit and only 4 Weight. That low Weight is valuable: sword users gain damage without being as likely to lose Attack Speed.

The lance starts at 10 Might and reaches 22 when upgraded, with 10 Crit, making it a good option for lance users who deal damage. The axe stands out for its high Might, reaching 30 when upgraded.

The bow interests me most. It starts at 8 Might and reaches 22 when upgraded, while its third upgrade extends its range to 3 tiles. Archers can stand farther away and attack from more flexible positions, so consider who should receive it first.

Wave 2 outfits and divine companions

At the announcement, Wave 1 had already launched on October 15. Wave 2 is planned for release by December 31, 2026, adding four outfits. The trailer shows both the four protagonists and other characters changing outfits. Seeing the same outfit on different people gives a better sense of possible combinations than a single clothing image.

The playable deities include Smyrnos, Aurora, and Jurah. The demonstration shows unique actions, large-area healing, and high-damage attacks. Characters normally seen at temples can finally join battles as companions. All three join during the Promised One’s story, which is the most appealing part of this wave.

Wave 3 adds stories for four characters

Anatolia, Orchel, Talimun, and Bertrand will receive additional stories. Their statues already draw attention in the prologue, and all four have a strong presence in the existing routes. Naturally, I want to see more of their own experiences.

What really interests me is the format: will these be standalone chapters or fill in key events? Giving each character full exploration and development like the existing protagonists would mean a huge amount of content. One of them also spends a long time in prison, which raises interesting questions about how the playable story would be structured.

Rather than expecting four complete new versions of Part 1, I lean toward more focused additional stories. Wave 3 also adds classes and recruitable companions, and I want to see how they fit into the existing team. The announced release plan for Wave 3 is by December 31, 2027.
