Celestial Trooper lets women wielding swords or spears fly in the endgame, with base Movement 7, Speed growth +10 and Resistance +15 percentage points. After mastering Lightning Reflexes, initiating with an Attack Speed lead of at least 10 lets the follow-up happen before the enemy’s counter. A two-hit kill avoids that counter.
Who benefits
Catania’s high Speed and Speed-gap bonuses fit Lightning Reflexes for flying in and striking twice first.
Ludia can build Strength through Gladiator → Brigand, then Speed through Shido before Celestial Trooper.
Alexandra can use Levin Sword against armor. 
Esmeralda can use mobility and high Resistance to chase mages, though fast enemies may still prevent the required Attack Speed gap.
Training route
Unlocks after Section 1 of the Promised One’s story, for women only, with recommended level 45, Flying C, and Spear A or Sword A. It uses swords and spears, not axes. Strength growth is only +5 and Magic -5, so magic-sword builds need enough damage beforehand. Use 
Dragoon as an Advanced transition; choose 
Bau Lord to keep axes.
After mastery, check actual Attack Speed with the equipped weapon. A lead of 9 does not trigger it, nor does enemy initiation. Flying Avo +7 still needs protection from bows. Compare dismounting before entering archer range.
When to use it
Fast women can make it their endgame class and master Lightning Reflexes. If they already kill in two hits, striking twice first removes a dangerous counter. Movement 7 and Resistance also help when flying to rescue allies or chase mages.
