Playing this class

The Eternal concentrates growth in HP and Strength, adding 30 percentage points to each for endgame physical attackers. Mastering Divine Might gives Strength +10. It works as a permanent class or as a valuable mastery stop before returning to another role.

The Eternal exam panel: Sword/Axe/Gauntlet S options and the unique item at the lower left. Axe Hit +10 and Brawl Hit +10 are listed separately on the right, with Divine Might mastery below.

Who benefits

  • Tobias can stay here, using Axe Hit +10 to fix a weakness. Mu also suits the sword/axe/gauntlet physical route.
  • Bertrand and Simon can enter from Warrior or Battlemaster to keep concentrating physical offense.
  • Dietrich can take Divine Might for Strength before returning to Swordmaster. Fast units benefit from Strength on both attacks.

Training route

After Salvation Section 4 unlocks, bring Key of the Diadem into the prophet’s room in Heaven’s Crown Temple for Scales of Judgement. Any one of Sword, Axe, or Gauntlet S qualifies, with a required 100% pass rate. Only one unit can hold the qualification at a time; return it to transfer it.

Uses swords, axes, and gauntlets, with base Movement 6 and Combat Arts +3. Axe and Gauntlet each receive Hit +10, unavailable with swords. Mastery Divine Might’s Strength +10 carries to other classes. Moving from armor loses the armored tag, so replace armor-only skills.

When to use it

Axe and gauntlet main attackers can stay for concentrated Strength growth. Units with another final class can leave after Divine Might. Swordsmen can also take The Blade’s Speed mastery before returning to Swordmaster, freeing The Eternal’s qualification for the next unit.

It unlocks late. Train one weapon to S early so there is time to earn Divine Might and use it in the final battle.
