Free time: weekly activities, Motivation, and opening hours
Weekly allowances reset Sunday at 0:00. Spend Motivation before restoring it. Dining and training count separately by menu; Divine Service and theater each share a weekly allowance. Check opening hours when returning to town.

Use available Motivation on training and Divine Service before restoring it through meals. Avoid wasting recovery at full Motivation. Weekly allowances reset Sunday at 0:00.
- Weekly activities reset Sunday at 0:00, making Sunday a good imperial capital day. Training and dining are half price, and every temple has an auspicious day. Use any remaining allowance on Saturday, then do another round after Sunday’s reset. Facilities have opening hours; a midnight reset does not make everything immediately available.
- Each character has 3 Motivation segments. Spend them before restoring them. Training and Divine Service require Motivation. Meals, lodging, gifts, watching plays, and bathing restore it. Dining at full Motivation wastes recovery. To invite an unrecruited character, give a gift first to establish a bond.
- Use Feasts for expedition supplies. They unlock at Renown 2 and cost ingredients plus 1 turn each. Meat and ingredients that restore spells differ; see Feast unlocks and costs.
- Renown affects recruitment, Certification Exams, and facility unlocks. See Renown for level-by-level unlocks across all routes, battle thresholds, and gains.

Why do a round in the capital before leaving?
- 1Check the calendar and set reminders, prioritizing quests and paralogues that actually expire.
- 2Plan Divine Service and training around current Motivation: spend it if available; if low, restore it as in step 3 first.
- 3Recover through dining and entertainment. Give unrecruited characters a gift to establish a bond before inviting them.
- 4
Leave for quests and exploration, returning on Sunday for weekly activities by default. ::: Fixing limited-use activities into a routine lets you focus on destinations and deadlines outside town, instead of reconsidering every system on every tile. Make Sunday your default return day, while prioritizing quests and paralogues that actually expire. Outside town you can expand the map and fight encounters and dungeons; if you return early, use inn automatic activities to adjust the date. Add gifts for recruitment targets, then theater and Thermae when available. Optimize one activity at a time; you need not maximize every activity from the start.
Schedule weekly gifts and meals early if you have a recruitment target. Check their bond and negotiation conditions, then group quests, purchases, and exploration in the same direction. Plan half-price training for Saturday or Sunday, and check bond requirements per target.
Even with plenty of time left, do not automate straight to the main battle. Stop automatic activities at next Sunday’s midnight, check available activities, then continue. If training is closed at midnight, use a short automatic activity to advance to daytime. Sunday is the checkpoint for refreshed opportunities; daytime is when some facilities open. Saving one menu operation is not worth skipping later weeks’ training and recruitment bond opportunities.
What exactly does each weekly allowance count?
Activity Allowance unit Priority Pale Raven interaction Once per week in total Choose someone whose bond with the Promised One you want to raise; see Pale Raven answers Gifts Once per character per week Establish a bond with recruitment targets or restore one character’s Motivation Dining Once per dish that week Consider preferences and missing Motivation; half price Sunday, with dishes chosen for taste and recovery needs Arena training Once per training menu that week, two participants each time Train skills toward class goals; half price Saturday and Sunday Divine Service Once per week across all temples Develop your chosen Blessing, ideally on that temple’s auspicious day or Sunday Theater Watch or perform, once per week total Watch for Motivation; consider performing for gold and Renown Thermae Once per spring type that week Recover and gain temporary effects lasting until the chapter’s main-story battle ends Allowances reset Sunday at 0:00. Gifting one character does not stop you gifting another, and finishing one training menu does not exhaust the others. Divine Service shares one use across all temples; watching and performing at the theater share one use. Mounts can be fed once daily; see mounts. Spectating follows the calendar’s specific events.

Half-price Sunday dining menu: each dish costs 150 gold, with the three diners’ preferences and current HP on the right. Check your budget first; Simplified Chinese interface. Save Motivation recovery for those who need it
Each character has three segments, and cannot train or perform Divine Service without Motivation. If only one character needs it, use a liked gift. After several spend it, use dining or lodging. Lodging costs one turn but restores everyone’s HP, spells, and Motivation together. Activity order:
- 5Check today’s trainees and Divine Service participants, then spend their Motivation. Put theater performances on the spending side too.
- 6Check who can benefit from dining, watching a play, or the Thermae, choosing participants by preference.
- 7If the whole team is depleted, or you want to advance from late night to morning, consider lodging, normally 400G and one turn.
- 8
Main-story progression fully restores Motivation. Do not pay solely to fill it immediately before entering a main battle, but finish any remaining weekly training first. Good Divine Service or training results may refund Motivation. Check the result before planning the next meal rather than relying only on your pre-activity estimate. See skill ranks for detailed training rules and bonds for food preferences and relationship development.
Feast unlocks and costs
Feasts use ingredients on the world map to restore participants’ HP and spell uses and improve their bonds. They unlock at Renown 2 and cost 1 turn each. Hold them at pot icons during expeditions. Recovery varies with ingredient type and quantity. You cannot hold another Feast when HP and spell uses are both full. Any remaining missing spell use allows another, even at full HP. Choose different ingredients for resupply and bond farming.
Ingredients determine HP and spell recovery
Ingredient, per portion HP restored per participant Spell uses restored

Paradise Fish20 5 For example, one portion each of Sand-Boar Meat, Kusarik Meat, and Yarc Meat restores 20 HP per person and 0 spell uses. Adding more of these meats cannot restore spells during long expeditions. Choose an ingredient with spell recovery instead. For HP alone, combine quantities to cover the deficit without wasting excess materials.
Paradise Fish is also required to recruit
Ninae. Reserve the delivery quantity before using surplus for recovery. Choose ingredients according to whether you need HP or spell uses this time.Keep one spell use missing for repeated Feasts
For continued exploration, restore the HP and spells needed for combat. For focused bond farming among recruited companions, use only ingredients that do not restore spells. During a long expedition, replenish at a nearby Feast point when HP or spells run low, then continue. For focused bond farming:
Keep a missing spell use to build bonds within the party - 9At chapter start, have one member use at least one spell in combat, leaving a missing use.
- 10Visit a world-map Feast point. Check that you have enough ingredients and available turns, then contribute 1 non-spell-restoring ingredient, such as
Sand-Boar Meat or
Yarc Meat. - 11HP gradually fills, but spell uses remain below maximum. Stop when ingredients or available turns run low, and decide whether to replay the chapter.
- 12
If you replay, bonds remain, while gold, items, experience, and other chapter progress return to the start. Schedule a dedicated bond-building round before the run in which you advance the main story. ::: Wait until your desired companions are recruited so one investment covers more participants. With multiple forces in Part 3, gather the participating forces on the same Feast tile before starting.

Temple auspicious days and opening hours are separate
Temple Blessing Auspicious days Aurora's Blessing Monday, Sunday Mars's Blessing Tuesday, Sunday Smyrnos's Blessing Wednesday, Sunday Jurah's Blessing Thursday, Sunday Kalla's Blessing Friday, Sunday Credna's Blessing Saturday, Sunday Auspicious days affect Divine Service rewards; opening hours determine facility access. Sunday's 0:00 reset only refreshes allowances; wait for facilities to open.
Facility Opening hours Theater Opens 6:00, closes 23:59 Thermae Opens 6:00, closes 23:59 Gift shop Opens 6:00, closes 23:59 Reserve daytime for training. If trying to fit in a late-night visit, check the current facility menu first. Without a particular auspicious day to catch, concentrating activities on Sunday is easy to remember. See temples and Blessings for choices.

Temple audiences and weekly Divine Service have separate reception options. Check what you will lose before replaying a chapter
“Replay chapter” returns you to chapter start: turns, money, inventory, levels, and other chapter progress roll back, while bond values remain. Dining and replaying can keep accumulating bonds. See bonds for the steps. If you only want to wait for Sunday, spend an appropriate number of turns on inn automatic activities. You need not replay a whole chapter for an ordinary weekly reset. See the world map for map time and countdown-zero conditions.
Track weekly allowances, Motivation, and turns separately
Allowances, Motivation, and turns are three resources - 13Having Motivation does not mean that menu still has a weekly use. A refreshed allowance does not solve low Motivation either.
- 14Divine Service is once per week across all temples. An audience for Renown is a separate activity.
- 15Dining counts per dish, training per menu, and Thermae per spring. Do not summarize them all as once for the whole team.
- 16Choose between watching and performing at the theater. Watching first means no performance income that week.
- 17
Missing one ordinary weekly activity does not require replaying the chapter. Protect timed quests first, then choose activities for your team’s needs. :::
